What is your lead time?
Ready-made Gifts: 3-5 days
Branded: 7-10 days

Do you gifts arrive pre-packed?
All gifts arrive assembled.
We do not sell individual products separately
Where do you deliver to?
All over the UK.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Why didn’t I get an email confirmation?
All orders will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder as it may have arrived there.

Do you send a receipt in the box?
We appreciate that you are sending a gift therefore no receipts are in the gift boxes. They will be sent to you by email
Can I change the ribbon colour?
You can choose from Black, Grey, Gold and Green ribbons as long as they are in stock at the time of purchase.
Can I change the gift card?
You can choose from the selection of gift cards via each product and whatever cards are in stock at time of purchase.
What happens if the gift gets sent back return to sender?
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address. If sent back then we will notify you via email to obtain the correct address. We will check the item is still in perfect condition and re-arrange delivery at a cost of £10 plus postage. The gift box will not be resent until we have received payment of this.
What is your returns policy?
All of our products have been selected carefully with thought to the environment therefore we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
In the unlikely event your gift box has arrived damaged or you’ve received the wrong item please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Contact us at hello@thewcollective.co.uk. Please note that we will only accept returns of damaged items, Please obtain proof of postage when making your return in the event a delivery goes missing. Returns will not be accepted without a proof of postage or a valid tracking number.
Please contact The W Collective BEFORE you send your return. Items will be assessed and replaced or store credit will be issued.
